When looking for a new car - I was lucky to work with Elden at Classic Nissan Williamsburg. He was knowledgeable and worked with me with every question I had, small or big! He made the process as personable as possible. Sometimes buying a car can be overwhelming, sometimes feeling as though you are just a "sale"... not this time! If I or anyone I know is ever looking for a car, I will make sure to point them to Classic Nissan Williamsburg and Elden!

Wish we had found our car somewhere else. After searching for a car and year we wanted, we found one here in our prices range. While our sales guys were great to work with, the management and finance people were rude and incompetent in the final paperwork. 2 trips and hours to finalize a simple deal. Manager was extremely pushy and rude when we questioned some things. And because we didn’t finance through them, (much better rate at our bank) we got the cold/rude treatment from the finance guy. Basically, sign here and get out. And whatever you do, don’t trade in your car. Sell it out right. If you see something you like, take cash or a check for the EXACT amount and don’t look back.
As always, the service department at Classic Nissan did a wonderful job getting my car in and out in a very timely manner, with easy online scheduling and a seamless service appointment. Ben, my service advisor, is always thorough, attentive to my schedule, and does an excellent job helping to make sure my appointment and car are handled with care. In addition, Ben makes sure Tawa, my service tech, is available for my appointment. Tawa services my car well, keeps it clean, and checks for other issues. Thanks to all the service team at Classic Nissan.. well done!
Worst Experience Ever. Bought two cars the same day. F250 had thousands of dollars worth of repairs. They put an inspection on it when it should have failed. I have had the truck for 2 months and will be going into the shop for the 5th time. Also bought a BMW and that car is going in the shop as soon as my truck comes out of shop due to engine problems. They are not honest and would not fix problems when they arose. Choose another dealership.
Bought a Frontier new 3+ years ago. I never have liked dealers until I purchased from Classic Nissan. They do all of the services and are very exceptional!!! Very easy to schedule online or phone call. The Team is Very professional with no pressure for extra items. They are always on time, stay in communication to keep you updated, and never had any surprises as they call before doing anything. I will add also that the sales Team was Great during my purchase. The last Nissan dealer I purchased from when I got a service...the sales Team would try to get you to look at new vehicles... None of this at Classic. Highly recommend for purchases and service.
I was in town recently and noticed that my tire pressure was extremely low so I reached out to the local Nissan Dealer in Williamsburg. I arrived at the service department and encountered a very nice man by the name of Brian Phipps. He was extremely nice to us and I highly recommend that you allow him to service your car needs. Very negligent employee who messed up our paperwork on multiple occasions. She caused our refund to be sent to the wrong account and now they refuse to remedy their mistake which has costed us hundreds of dollars. She and Vay admit it was her fault but again refuse to fix it.

Having bought a Rogue from this location 6 years ago , and having no problems with it, we decided to go with a 2023 Rogue; our experience was pleasnt with all whom we came into contact with there.
I chose to have all our vehicles serviced at Classic Nissan Williamsburg because of Brian Phipps, I continue to have them serviced at Classic because of Brian, Steven, Kiera and the service team. They are professional, and that's what I look for in a service team. I'm a "gear head" from way back but confine my mechanical work, these days, to my motorcycles. For my car, my wife's car and my two daughters cars, I TRUST them to the team at Classic Nissan Williamsburg. You should too.
Having purchased this car previously from this establishment, I was guaranteed oil changes for life in my contract while purchasing the car. Last time I went in the spontaneously changed to charging me $80. I don’t make it a habit of continuing to work with businesses or corporations that are deceitful. In addition, I find it extremely funny that during their whatever point inspection, they informed me that I would need to change my cabin oil filter because they said it was dirty. The irony of this, as I had changed my cabin oil filter within the last week this makes me believe they in fact, I didn’t check it and just tried to milk more money from me. This is the forth or fifth review on the forth or fifth site that I have been requested specifically from classic Nissan to fill out. All of the reviews have been one star and the lowest I can make them. I’m not sure why they continue to ask me to review their establishment. This morning my wife reminded me that every time she brought the car to be worked on they would address her as my ex-wife’s name. This was after I had asked to have it removed from my owner information for around three years I understand computers can be complicated, but I don’t want to have my wife be upset because they are too lazy to do paperwork. I will say the young man behind the counter was very professional even when I was not my most polite he was very well spoken and very well-informed. I’m just sorry that he works for a company that doesn’t see his value. I will make sure everyone I meet for the rest of my life knows the underhanded and deceitful techniques this establishment uses, and if they continue to send me reviews, I will continue to leave the lowest review I possibly can.
If I could give 0 stars I would I came here to purchase a vehicle that was listed for a certain price, but upon receiving the final estimate for the vehicle, there was an additional $7000 of hidden fees and additional costs, including a “market adjustment fee” which they should’ve disclosed with the actual cost of vehicle instead of trying to hide said fees. My experience detoured me from purchasing any vehicle from this dealership.
I’ve been buying cars for over 50 years and this was without a doubt my worst dealer experience ever. Got lowballed on my trade-in offer and was hit with every cliched sales tactic (I have to talk to my manager, added “market adjustment” costs, premium fee, etc.). Left without buying a car and would advise others to avoid this dealer.
Hands down the worst dealership Ive ever come in contact with sad part is that I was referred to them by family and the family member was embarrassed by how I was treated. a week after purchasing my vehicle from them it started jerking and hesitating when putting it in drive so I took it back to them and was told it’s normal because it’s an electric car and they could not find anything wrong with it even after me saying it’s not normal well 2 weeks later while driving with my newborn and kids it the vehicle ical did not want to budge after it got to 17 mph I brought the vehical back and explained it’s not safe to drive they took the vehicle ical and when I called 3 days later too see if I would be getting a rental in the mean time since this should have been fixed before selling the vehicle ical was basically mad to feel like it was my fault they are loosing 1500 for what needs to be fixed on the vehicle. The worst experience I wouldn’t won’t my worst enemy to shop here you would think this was a random car dealership THEY SHOULD NOT AT ALL HAVE A CLASSIC NISSAN SIGN STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
