Wish we had found our car somewhere else. After searching for a car and year we wanted, we found one here in our prices range. While our sales guys were great to work with, the management and finance people were rude and incompetent in the final paperwork. 2 trips and hours to finalize a simple deal. Manager was extremely pushy and rude when we questioned some things. And because we didn’t finance through them, (much better rate at our bank) we got the cold/rude treatment from the finance guy. As always, the service department at Classic Nissan did a wonderful job getting my car in and out in a very timely manner, with easy online scheduling and a seamless service appointment. Ben, my service advisor, is always thorough, attentive to my schedule, and does an excellent job helping to make sure my appointment and car are handled with care. In addition, Ben makes sure Tawa, my service tech, is available for my appointment. Tawa services my car well, keeps it clean, and checks for other issues. Worst Experience Ever. Bought two cars the same day. F250 had thousands of dollars worth of repairs. They put an inspection on it when it should have failed. I have had the truck for 2 months and will be going into the shop for the 5th time. Also bought a BMW and that car is going in the shop as soon as my truck comes out of shop due to engine problems. They are not honest and would not fix problems when they arose. Choose another dealership.

Bought a Frontier new 3+ years ago. I never have liked dealers until I purchased from Classic Nissan. They do all of the services and are very exceptional!!! Very easy to schedule online or phone call. The Team is Very professional with no pressure for extra items. I was in town recently and noticed that my tire pressure was extremely low so I reached out to the local Nissan Dealer in Williamsburg. Very negligent employee who messed up our paperwork on multiple occasions. She caused our refund to be sent to the wrong account and now they refuse to remedy their mistake which has costed us hundreds of dollars. She and Vay admit it was her fault but again refuse to fix it.

I chose to have all our vehicles serviced at Classic Nissan Williamsburg because of Brian Phipps, I continue to have them serviced at Classic because of Brian, Steven, Kiera and the service team. They are professional, and that's what I look for in a service team. I'm a "gear head" from way back but confine my mechanical work, these days, to my motorcycles. For my car, my wife's car and my two daughters cars, I TRUST them to the team at Classic Nissan Williamsburg. You should too.

Having purchased this car previously from this establishment, I was guaranteed oil changes for life in my contract while purchasing the car. Last time I went in the spontaneously changed to charging me $80. I don’t make it a habit of continuing to work with businesses or corporations that are deceitful. In addition, I find it extremely funny that during their whatever point inspection, they informed me that I would need to change my cabin oil filter because they said it was dirty. If I could give 0 stars I would I came here to purchase a vehicle that was listed for a certain price, but upon receiving the final estimate for the vehicle, there was an additional $7000 of hidden fees and additional costs, including a “market adjustment fee” which they should’ve disclosed with the actual cost of vehicle instead of trying to hide said fees. My experience detoured me from purchasing any vehicle from this dealership.

I’ve been buying cars for over 50 years and this was without a doubt my worst dealer experience ever. Got lowballed on my trade-in offer and was hit with every cliched sales tactic (I have to talk to my manager, added “market adjustment” costs, premium fee, etc.). Left without buying a car and would advise others to avoid this dealer.

Sense the new owners took over priority. Nissan turned it into classic Nissan that places gone downhill so bad every mechanic that was there for years walked out they are a lousy company. I’m surprised they have lasted this long. They did a oil change on my 2017 Subaru and used an impact wrench to take the oil drain plug and completely stripped it. . After eight years I’m no longer a customer. SAD .. stay away if you value your car !!!

I worked with the GM Robert (Mo) Parker back in Dec on a 2023 frontier, we agreed on a price and decided to move on seal the deal. The dealer ran the credit for myself and my son for military (Even for this I had to go back and forth with the dealer and call NMAC as Mo kept insisting that I can't get militray discount for a co-signer and it has to be primary). Made appt for May 10 021 to have brake lights and constant slippery road icon resolved. Tech stated " getting power and ground. no blown fuses." He recommended that brake switch be replaced but no part available. Was charged $60 for his best guess. On May 12th, a friend and I troubleshot issues ourselves and found no power to switch. Using YouTube we found a blown 10 amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood. Replaced fuse. Brake lights fixed and icon gone. Factory Trained/Certified Technicians. NOT!

Had my car towed to Priority Nissan Williamsburg back in January 2021. The car had to go back several times; which every time it was a new issue that needed to be fixed for the same problem after the new ECM was replaced. This went on from January 2021 to March 2021....and sad to say that 2 months and well over $2,000 later my car still wasn't fixed; it rode horrible....to the point of my engine light not only coming on but now blinking as well; it was not even drivable at this point...jerking....spatting....and acting like it was going ...

We worked with salesman Gary Barry on the purchase of a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL AWD, and he was great. He is the only reason I would go back to Priority Nissan, Williamsburg. Barry sold us our lat car at another dealership and was equally as great so we sought him out when we learned he was no longer with the previous dealership. The Finance team left a lot to be desired. Went there to replace an air bag that was recalled for my Nissan Versa. Customer waiting area is fine with free Starbucks coffee from a machine. But for my 8:30 am appointment I did not get out till over two hours later for a relatively straightforward replacement that I was told would take thirty minutes. By far the best experience I have ever had and could ever ask for with having my car serviced! I usually go to places like Jiffy Lube or Goodyear, but I seem to be consistently disappointed and my car tends to be worse off than when I dropped it off. I traded my f150 XLT 4x4 on a f250 and felt it was misrepresented...at the time they advised you had 5 days so on day 2 I told them how I felt and wanted my truck back they acted like they never heard of the 5 days swap till I showed them on their own web site... they said I couldn't get my truck back and had to get something off the lot. So they gave gave me a base Altima....at least it will run till paid for..but no one in there right mind would trade a f150 XLT 4...

Just purchased a new Murano from Priority Nissan Williamsburg. What a refreshing experience. We had our older Nissan 350 Z serviced there before and can say, Kevin in the service area is so professional and coordinates everything seamlessly. The dealership is beautiful. A very comfortable waiting room is clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, etc. Our buying experience with Todd Teal was no less impressive. He thoroughly explained all aspects of the new car, patiently explained the financing options, and presented the new car to us complete with red bow on the showroom floor! This is by far one of the best experiences I have had when purchasign a new vehicle. My sales consultant was very cordial, knowledgeable and honest. He did not try to just sale me a new car but took time to see what best met my needs in a new vehicle. The general manager took time to introduce himself to me personally and offered to be of any assistance. I think that goes a long way.
